Ways to Give

Give for the sake of Allah

Whether it is your obligatory Zakat and Khums, or a voluntary Sadaqah given from the heart — your gift is a sacred trust, delivered to those who need it most.

“We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish from you neither reward nor thanks.”

Qur'an 76:9 — Surah Al-Insan

Revealed concerning Imam Ali (AS) and Lady Fatima al-Zahra (SA), who gave away their only food on three successive nights — to a poor man, an orphan and a captive — and broke their own fasts on water. It is the standard every donation here is measured against: given for His countenance alone, expecting nothing back, not even thanks.
