Al Zaheda Noorie Trust was established to continue a quiet legacy of service — combining devotion to the Ahlul Bayt (AS) with compassionate care for humanity.
Al Zaheda Noorie Trust was established in the blessed memory of Marhooma Zaheda Begum— a woman whose life embodied patience, dignity, humility, and lifelong service to the remembrance of the Ahlul Bayt (AS).
She never sought recognition. She never sought titles. She simply served.
For decades she dedicated herself to preserving the love and remembrance of the Ahlul Bayt (AS), gathering others for their remembrance, honouring the memory of Imam Husayn (AS), and supporting those around her despite her own hardships — raising her family with unwavering patience and faith.
Her life became a lesson: that true greatness is found not in wealth or fame, but in sincere service. Inspired by her example, the Trust seeks to continue that legacy — guided by the Qur'an, the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), and the school of the Ahlul Bayt (AS) — preserving faith while uplifting society through education, healthcare, humanitarian assistance and community service.
We believe that every act of sincere service is an act of worship.
The Trust carries two of the names of Allah. They are not decoration — they are the standard we are measured against, and a reminder of whose generosity is actually at work.
The Most Kind, the Source of All Goodness
إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْبَرُّ الرَّحِيمُ
“Indeed, He is the Most Kind, the Most Merciful.”
Every kindness the Trust extends is borrowed from His — we are only the hands that pass it on.
The Most Generous, the Utterly Self-Sufficient
فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ
“Then indeed, my Lord is Free of need and Generous.”
He needs nothing from what we give. The giving is for our sake, not His — which is why it must be done without expectation of return.

Our inspiration is the timeless example of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), Lady Fatima al-Zahra (SA), Imam Ali (AS), Imam Hasan (AS), Imam Husayn (AS), and the purified Ahlul Bayt (AS) — whose lives are the perfect embodiment of faith, justice, mercy and service.
Marhooma Zaheda Begum represents one humble example of living those values — through service, patience, humility and devotion. In keeping with how she lived, the Trust keeps the Ahlul Bayt (AS) at its centre, and lets her memory remain quietly in their shade.
إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْبَرُّ الرَّحِيمُ
“Indeed, He is the Most Kind, the Most Merciful.”
Their standing is not something we claim for them — it is given in the Qur'an itself, as is the duty of every believer to love them.
إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمُ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا
“Allah only wishes to remove all impurity from you, O People of the House, and to purify you with a thorough purification.”
Āyat al-Taṭhīr — the verse from which the Ahlul Bayt (AS) take their sacred status.
قُل لَّا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِلَّا الْمَوَدَّةَ فِي الْقُرْبَىٰ
“Say: I ask of you no reward for it except love for my near kin.”
Āyat al-Mawadda — the Prophet (SAW) asked no wage for a lifetime of guidance but love for his household. That love is an obligation upon every believer, and it is the ground this Trust stands on.
To serve in their name is to serve the way they served — and that is the whole purpose of this Trust.
